University of the Pacific Stockton Folk Dance Camp

SACRAMENTO INTERNATIONAL FOLK DANCE & ARTS COUNCIL

A. Recipients are requested, but not required, to teach a dance learned at camp.

B. Recipients are asked to help with the following year’s scholarship ball, assist with council activities as requested and encouraged to attend council meetings.

C. Attach letter of recommendation to this application. Student applicants must submit a letter of recommendation from a council member.

D. Applicant under 18 must have parent or guardian sign the release at the bottom of the application.
